The future

The IISPV works day-to-day to reach its vision and mission in order to better prepare our health professionals for the health challenges of the future. In order to do so, the Board of Directors with the support of the Administrative office work on the following operational objectives:

• Aligning IISPV's strategy with the R&D policies of the Board.
• Fostering the transfer of knowledge for the benefit of society.
• Prioritise socially responsible research that focuses on providing answers to the demands of the population.
• Continue to implement the Action Plan HRS4R.
• Attracting and retaining talented researchers and health professionals.
• Increasing our participation in European and international activities.
• Increasing the number of collaborative projects with the private sector, in particular pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
• Strengthening the sense of belonging to the Institute.
• Improving the visibility of the Institute at national and international level.
