The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers, HRS4R_IISPV

The European Union has created the HR Excellence in Research Award to recognize institutions that are committed to improving their human resource management for research through a commitment to implementing a strategy (The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers, HRS4R).

An Action Plan has been drawn with the responsabilities and deadlines. It summarizes the key outcomes of gap analysis.

IISPV Institute is in process of the acreditation by HRS4R.
